The Monkeypups will be out tonight at the May 2008 Yappy Hour to benefit Coastal Poodle Rescue in beautiful downtown Cocoa Village, Florida. This month's host is Ryan's Pizza, a local family-owned dog-friendly restaurant and one of Phinn & Veda's favorite hangouts.
The festivities begin at 5:30 and will continue on until 8:00 pm. This month's theme is "Patriotic Pooches!" Bring your camouflage-clad or red-white-and-blue wrapped pup on down and join in on the fun! There will be contests, a fun auction, a 50/50 raffle and LIVE entertainment! Woo hoo! Or as Veda would say, "Woo wooooooooooo!"

The Naked Twins attend lots of fundraising events for animal charities, and a few weekends ago they took part in the local Humane Society's Bark In The Park event to raise money for the care of homeless animals.
Isy (check her out on her blog here and her regular modeling gig here ) came along to support Monkeypups Organic Dog Bakery and to give people the rare opportunity to actually see and handle a Xoloitzcuintli, as most people incorrectly identify them as Chinese Cresteds or hairless chihuahuas. Isy loves to help people learn a little bit more about hairless dog breeds and how cool they are! Ok, ok, she also did it for the free cookies. ;-)
